PowerCommand® iWatch100™ and network support files

Welcome to the new PowerCommand iWatch100 and network support files download page. This page is meant for use by Cummins DFSE, Technicians, Networks/Systems Groups and Internal Engineers using LonMaker™ for Windows. This page contains the latest files for supporting PowerCommand Networks. What is included on this page are the latest Cummins Plugins, application files, Visio stencils and Installation/Application manuals for the PCC1301, PCC1302, PCC2300, PCC3300, PCC3100, PCC2100, PCC3200, CCMG, CCMT, DIM, Annunciator, PCATS, ModLon and ModLon II. Please note the disclaimer found on our Terms of Use page.

These files are compressed as ZIP (ZIP icon) archives. Some of the files contained in the ZIP acrchives are in Adobe Acrobat PDF (PDF icon) format. You can view these PDF files by using their free reader software available here. You can de–compress and extract ZIP files by using WinZip’s software available here.

ZIP icon iWatch 100 - 3.9.7.zip (17.4MB, 03/22/10) – This folder supports Power Command Controls 2100, 3100, 3200, 3201, 2300, and 3300. By default the iLON modbus network is setup for one Genset which is Gen 1. This folder contains:

  • Image files (files to be downloaded in the iLon for modbus and LON controls)
  • 3 databases (2100, 3100 and 3200) These templates have to be used in LON controls with the new image files. If different templates are used, this image will not work.

ZIP icon 1301 & 2 Image_V2.24 (6.84MB, 9/25/09) – This folder supports 1301 and 1302 controller's, which contains the XML file to be copied to the iLon100 hardware along with the image files. By default, the iLON Modbus network is setup for one genset, which is Gen1. You can edit the image for single genset and add up to the maximum of 4 gensets up to Gen4. See the instruction manual to update the code for more than one genset.

ZIP icon Lon.zip (6.67MB, 03/22/10) – This folder supports Power Command Controls 2100, 3100, 3200, 3201. This folder contains the image files to be copied to the iLon 100 hardware.

ZIP icon Modbus.zip (6.57MB, 03/22/10) – This folder supports Power Command Controls 2300 and 3300. This folder contains the image files to be copied to the iLon 100 hardware. By default, the iLON modbus network is setup for one genset, Gen1. You can edit the code for single genset and add up to maximum of 4 gensets.

ZIP icon Lon Databases.zip (4.11MB, 03/22/10) – This folder contains the three prebuilt LonMaker database projects for Power Command Controls 2100, 3100, 3200 and 3201. These databases have to be used to create iWatch networks with LON controls, with the new published image files. If different databases are used this image will not work. These files need to be restored with LonMaker. To use them for a project, open the copy of the control type you need and provide the current project name.

ZIP icon Security Options.zip (3KB, 08/09) – This folder contains the files for the two pre-setup security options: Standard, no log-on is required to view web pages and log-on is required for control function. Restricted, log-on is required for both viewing and control.

ZIP icon Specification sheet (940kb, 2/09) – The iWatch wireless specification sheet describes the device features, main page, engine states, examples of alarm histories, engine parameters and customized data logging. Also, it includes the end-to-end wiring schematic (from the iwatch wireless end to the Mod-Lon 2 end).

ZIP icon Instructions Sheet (4MB, 11/07) – This folder contains the instruction sheets for the PowerCommand FT–10 Network devices.

ZIP icon Manuals (28MB, 11/07) – This folder contains the PowerCommand FT–10 Network manual. A separate file for Appendix B and F and a copy of the iWatch100 manual.

ZIP icon ModLonI (912kb, 11/07) and ZIP icon ModLonII (1.7MB, 11/07) – These folders contain documentation for the respective ModLon devices.

ZIP icon Presentation Clips (6.6MB, 11/07) – This folder contains a Power Point presentation to walk you through setting up an iWatch100 project.

ZIP icon LonWorksV1_2.zip (10.2MB, 9/25/09) – The folders in this section contain the PowerCommand FT–10 Network device files, Cummins LonWorks format/resource files, and the Cummins stencil files.

ZIP icon Plug–ins Oct–2005 (5.4MB, 11/07) – This folder contains a copy of the last revision to the Cummins LonWorks plug–in tools.

ZIP icon LonMarkResourceFiles1300.exe (9.65MB, 03/22/10) – Lonmark resource files. This file must be downloaded and executed to update the Lonmaker type tipes with images version 3.9.7 or greater.

ZIP icon BootromV320.zip (467KB, 03/24/10) – Bootrom file. This file is required if the image files are going to be installed in an Echelon Smart Server 2.0. The file is not required if the images are going to be installed in an i.LON e3 server. Please follow the attached instructions.

Recommended Directory Structure

Device files should be installed at:
C:\LonWorks\Import\Cummins\FTT–10 Devices\{Device Name}\

Stencils should be installed at:
C:\LonWorks\LonMaker\Visio\

Format/Resource Files should be installed at:
C:\LonWorks\Types\User\Cummins\

**Note: If LonMaker for Windows is installed from Cummins Software Shelf all of the directories should change to C:\Program Files\LonWorks...

CD Revision v1.2 (02/14/06)

  1. Updated Manual and Quick–Start Guide with LNS Turbo Warning.
  2. Updated the image file to include a new genset picture and fix the ConnectionManager.xml file that created a modem issue.
  3. Created a drop in solution for the PCC3200 (Dominion) control so that the engine run time will be read correctly.

CD Revision v2.0 (05/30/06)

  1. Added the files necessary to support the 1301–ModBus control.
    1. Created a new stencil
    2. Created a new manual
    3. Image folder added
    4. Setup guide for the 1301 added
  2. Updated the quickstart guide and the iWatch manual.
  3. Updated the zip file for the new stencils and format files.
  4. Updated the sales spec sheet to include the 1301 Modbus control.

CD Revision v2.0 (08/31/06)

  1. Created files necessary to support the 2100, 3100 & 3200 controls
    1. Created new stencil
    2. Created new manual and reconcile it with the 1301(Modbus) manual
    3. Image folders added
    4. Setup guide for the 2100,3100 & 3200 added and reconciled with the 1301(ModBus) control
  2. Updated the quickstart guide and the iWatch manual

CD Revision v3.0 (02/01/08)

  1. Updated all of the iWatch100 software to be compatible with the e3 version update to the iLon100.
  2. Allow up to four gen controls on iWatch100 (13xx, 2100, 3100, 3200, CCMG) and four transfer switches (OTPC, CCMT) – out of the box.
  3. Created template LonWorks databases for 2100, 3100, and 3200 gen controls.

CD Revision v4.0 (09/21/08)

  1. Updated PCATS07 (NCM) files to correct code 158 shutdown in iwatch, includes fixes for KVA and KVAR readings
  2. Updated 2100A08 files(NCM) to correct wrong KVA readings
