PowerCommand® iWatch100™ and network support files

Welcome to the new PowerCommand iWatch100 and network support files download page. This page is meant for use by Cummins DFSE, Technicians, Networks/Systems Groups and Internal Engineers using LonMaker™ for Windows to build networks. This page contains the newest files for supporting PowerCommand Networks. What is included on this page are the newest Cummins Plugins, application files, Visio stencils and Installation/Application manuals for the PCC3100, PCC2100, PCC3200, CCMG, CCMT, DIM, Annunciator, PCATS, ModLon and ModLon II. Please note the disclaimer found on our terms of use page.

These files are compressed as ZIP (ZIP icon) archives. Some of the files contained in the ZIP acrchives are in Adobe Acrobat PDF (PDF icon) format. You can view these PDF files by using their free reader software available here. You can de–compress and extract ZIP files by using WinZip’s software available here.

Below you'll find individual sections and files for download:

1. The clients CD update software now available for 1301/2 and 2300 at InCal web site and you can down load at http://www.cumminspower.com/en/services/software/, and it needs require the users to login or registration. The current update client CD for:

A. 1301/2 controllers are Version 2.23
B. 2300 controller which is Version 1.030

ZIP icon 1301&2 Image_V2.24 (6.84MB, 9/25/09) – This folder support 1301 and 1302 controller's, which contains the XML file to be copied to the iLon100 hardware along with the image files. By default the iLON Modbus network is setup for one Genset, which is Gen1. You can edit the image for single Genset and add up to the maximum of 4 Gensets up to Gen4. See the instruction manual to update the code for different number of Genset.

ZIP icon 2300_Image (6.8MB, 9/25/09) – This folder supports Power Command 2300 controller's, which contains the XML file to be copied to the iLon100 hardware along with the image files. By default the iLON Modbus network is setup for one Genset, which is Gen1. You can edit the code for single Genset and add up to the maximum of 4 Gensets up to Gen4. See the instruction manual to update the code for different number of Gensets.

ZIP icon Image (7MB, 8/09) – Contains the image files to be copied to the iLon100 hardware. This image is for use with up to four LonWorks gen controls, and four OTPC LonWorks switches. Use the LonMaker database that corresponds to the control type you have on your project. The files contain all of the images, custom web pages, type translators, and other software that creates the iWatch 100 solution.

ZIP icon Projects (7MB, 8/09) – This folder contains an example of an iWatch100 project.

ZIP icon Security Options (3kb, 8/09) – This folder contains the files for the two pre–setup security options. Standard, no Log–on to view web pages, log–on required for control functions. Restricted, log–on required for both viewing and control.

ZIP icon Template Databases (24MB, 8/09) – These are the prebuilt LonMaker database projects for a 2100, 3100, and 3200 gen control. Each of these also have four OTPC switches. These files need to be restored with LonMaker. To use them for a project, open a copy of the control type you need and provide the current project name.

ZIP icon Type Files (4kb, 8/09) – The type files necessary for the service technician to browse the iWatch100 and "see" data in a recognizable way.

ZIP icon Specification sheet (940kb, 2/09) – The iWatch wireless specification sheet describes the device features, main page, engine states, examples of alarm histories, engine parameters and customized data logging. Also, it includes the end-to-end wiring schematic (from the iwatch wireless end to the Mod-Lon 2 end).

ZIP icon Configuration Manual (1.9MB, 2/09) – The configuration guide for iWatch (not for the controller, generator set or any accessories).

ZIP icon Instructions Sheet (4MB, 11/07) – This folder contains the instruction sheets for the PowerCommand FT–10 Network devices.

ZIP icon Manuals (28MB, 11/07) – This folder contains the PowerCommand FT–10 Network manual. A separate file for Appendix B and F and a copy of the iWatch100 manual.

ZIP icon ModLonI (912kb, 11/07) and ZIP icon ModLonII (1.7MB, 11/07) – These folders contain documentation for the respective ModLon devices.

ZIP icon PCWII (4MB, 11/07) This folder contains the PCWII manual.

ZIP icon Presentation Clips (6.6MB, 11/07) – This folder contains a Power Point presentation to walk you through setting up an iWatch100 project.

ZIP icon Sales Sheets (7.5MB, 11/07) – This folder contains the sales sheets for the PowerCommand FT–10 Network devices.

ZIP icon Training Materials (4.7MB, 11/07) – This folder contains misc. reference information on PowerCommand FT–10 Network devices and other useful PC info.

ZIP icon LonWorksV1_2.zip (10.2MB, 9/25/09) – The folders in this section contain the PowerCommand FT–10 Network device files, Cummins LonWorks format/resource files, and the Cummins stencil files.

ZIP icon Plug–ins Oct–2005 (5.4MB, 11/07) – This folder contains a copy of the last revision to the Cummins LonWorks plug–in tools.

Recommended Directory Structure

Device files should be installed at:
C:\LonWorks\Import\Cummins\FTT–10 Devices\{Device Name}\

Stencils should be installed at:
C:\LonWorks\LonMaker\Visio\

Format/Resource Files should be installed at:
C:\LonWorks\Types\User\Cummins\

**Note: If LonMaker for Windows is installed from Cummins Software Shelf all of the directories should change to C:\Program Files\LonWorks...
